{"id":12470,"date":"2022-05-03T10:45:21","date_gmt":"2022-05-03T15:45:21","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/themixtecatimes.mx\/?p=12470"},"modified":"2022-05-03T10:45:21","modified_gmt":"2022-05-03T15:45:21","slug":"pasara-12-anos-en-la-carcel-por-violar-a-mujer-en-tilapa","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/themixtecatimes.mx\/index.php\/2022\/05\/03\/pasara-12-anos-en-la-carcel-por-violar-a-mujer-en-tilapa\/","title":{"rendered":"Pasar\u00e1 12 a\u00f1os en la c\u00e1rcel por violar a mujer en Tilapa"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>*Los hechos ocurrieron en el ya lejano a\u00f1o 1997, sin embargo, 25 a\u00f1os despu\u00e9s el responsable fue sentenciado por un juez de control.<\/p>\n<p>POR DANIEL ROMERO<\/p>\n<p>TILAPA, PUE. &#8211; La Fiscal\u00eda General del Estado de Puebla obtuvo sentencia condenatoria contra Felipe N., penalmente responsable del delito de violaci\u00f3n, ocurrido en el municipio de Tilapa.<\/p>\n<p>Consta en la denuncia que el 1 de marzo de 1997 la v\u00edctima se encontraba con su pareja sentimental al interior de un autom\u00f3vil estacionado en la colonia Emiliano Zapata, cuando fueron amagados por el sentenciado y otro sujeto.<\/p>\n<p>Luego de obligarlos a descender, Felipe N. amenaz\u00f3 a la v\u00edctima con una navaja para apartarla y llevarla a un sembrad\u00edo en donde la atac\u00f3 sexualmente.<\/p>\n<p>Durante audiencia, la Fiscal\u00eda de Investigaci\u00f3n Regional aport\u00f3 datos de prueba que acreditaron la comisi\u00f3n del il\u00edcito, consiguiendo que Felipe N. fuera sentenciado a 12 a\u00f1os de prisi\u00f3n y al pago de una multa de 300 d\u00edas de salario m\u00ednimo por el delito de violaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>Foto: Archivo<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>*Los hechos ocurrieron en el ya lejano a\u00f1o 1997, sin embargo, 25 a\u00f1os despu\u00e9s el responsable fue sentenciado por un juez de control.
