\u2013 La se\u00f1ora Fulgencia Moranchel P\u00e9rez (Do\u00f1a Juanita) originaria de San Juan Huiluco, perteneciente al municipio de Huaquechula, recientemente triunf\u00f3 en Los Pinos con su platillo de \u201cAlaches con chile Tejoloteado\u201d, siendo la \u00fanica exponente poblana representando a la entidad en el concurso gastron\u00f3mico nacional \u00bfA qu\u00e9 sabe la Patria?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Recibi\u00f3 de manos de la secretaria de Cultura, Alejandra Frausto, el reconocimiento a su receta que a partir de hoy se vuelve emblem\u00e1tica para Huaquechula y para los compa\u00f1eras que hicimos estos 4 d\u00edas una gran familia, gracias a todos los que nos apoyaron hoy todos y todas ya ganamos\u201d, expres\u00f3 Juanita quien fue en todo momento acompa\u00f1ada por el alcalde Ra\u00fal Mar\u00edn Espinoza y por el equipo de la Casa de Cultura \u201cHuilican\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>M\u00e1s que competencia entre las cocineras tradicionales hubo fraternidad, de esa sincera, de aquella que se contagia, es importante mencionar que Juanita Moranchel particip\u00f3 junto a cocineras de todo el pa\u00eds en esta convocatoria que busc\u00f3 enaltecer el valor de transmitir los saberes y sabores familiares y comunitarios que se preservan en las cocinas mexicanas a partir de ingredientes nativos de la gastronom\u00eda
