{"id":16352,"date":"2022-09-12T08:52:47","date_gmt":"2022-09-12T13:52:47","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/themixtecatimes.mx\/?p=16352"},"modified":"2022-09-12T08:52:50","modified_gmt":"2022-09-12T13:52:50","slug":"lo-encarcelan-por-agredir-a-su-ex-esposa-y-amenazarla","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/themixtecatimes.mx\/index.php\/2022\/09\/12\/lo-encarcelan-por-agredir-a-su-ex-esposa-y-amenazarla\/","title":{"rendered":"Lo encarcelan por agredir a su ex esposa y amenazarla"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><em>*Los hechos ocurrieron en el municipio de Tochimilico, donde la Fiscal\u00eda General del Estado de Puebla logr\u00f3 intervenir y as\u00ed detener al agresor.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>POR DANIEL ROMERO<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>TOCHIMILCO, PUE. &#8211; Por su posible responsabilidad en el delito de violencia familiar, la Fiscal\u00eda General del Estado de Puebla logr\u00f3 aprehender y obtener la vinculaci\u00f3n a proceso de Fabi\u00e1n Humberto N.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Consta en la Carpeta de Investigaci\u00f3n que, el 27 de febrero de 2019 en la poblaci\u00f3n de San Antonio Alpanocan del municipio de Tochimilco, la denunciante caminaba acompa\u00f1ada de un var\u00f3n cuando fue sorprendida por su ex esposo quien sac\u00f3 un arma de fuego y realiz\u00f3 un disparo contra el hombre sin causarle da\u00f1o.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Al quedarse a solas con la v\u00edctima, Fabi\u00e1n Humberto N. la agredi\u00f3 f\u00edsicamente para obligarla a irse con \u00e9l a Cuernavaca, Morelos, donde la mantuvo retenida durante una noche. Cuando ya no le impidi\u00f3 retirarse, el imputado la amenaz\u00f3 con privar de la vida a su familia si les contaba lo ocurrido.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Una vez que la Fiscal\u00eda de Puebla tom\u00f3 conocimiento del il\u00edcito, solicit\u00f3 y obtuvo orden de aprehensi\u00f3n en contra del agresor, mandamiento que fue cumplimentado el 1 de septiembre de 2022 en Tochimilco.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En audiencia, tras presentar datos de prueba, el Agente del Ministerio P\u00fablico logr\u00f3 que el Juez de Control vinculara a proceso a Fabi\u00e1n Humberto N. con la medida cautelar de prisi\u00f3n preventiva oficiosa.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>*Los hechos ocurrieron en el municipio de Tochimilico, donde la Fiscal\u00eda General del Estado de Puebla logr\u00f3 intervenir y as\u00ed detener al agresor.
