{"id":17975,"date":"2022-10-25T14:27:34","date_gmt":"2022-10-25T19:27:34","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/themixtecatimes.mx\/?p=17975"},"modified":"2022-10-25T14:27:37","modified_gmt":"2022-10-25T19:27:37","slug":"en-puebla-le-dan-50-anos-de-carcel-a-feminicida","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/themixtecatimes.mx\/index.php\/2022\/10\/25\/en-puebla-le-dan-50-anos-de-carcel-a-feminicida\/","title":{"rendered":"En Puebla, le dan 50 a\u00f1os de c\u00e1rcel a feminicida"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>*El responsable golpe\u00f3 y asfixi\u00f3 a la v\u00edctima provocando su muerte, despu\u00e9s huy\u00f3 del lugar y dej\u00f3 abandonado el cuerpo sin vida.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>POR DANIEL ROMERO<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>PUEBLA, PUE. &#8211; Con base en los actos de investigaci\u00f3n que practic\u00f3 la Fiscal\u00eda General del Estado de Puebla, se dict\u00f3 sentencia de 50 a\u00f1os de prisi\u00f3n contra Enrique N., penalmente responsable del delito de feminicidio.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Se constat\u00f3 mediante diversas pruebas que, el 27 de octubre de 2018, el sentenciado abord\u00f3 el veh\u00edculo Vento que conduc\u00eda la v\u00edctima, en el cual tambi\u00e9n viajaba su hija de 3 a\u00f1os de edad.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tras detener su marcha en un paraje de La Trinidad Sanctorum en el municipio de Cuautlancingo, para convivir, Enrique N. y la joven de 28 a\u00f1os comenzaron a discutir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El responsable golpe\u00f3 y asfixi\u00f3 a la v\u00edctima provocando su muerte, despu\u00e9s huy\u00f3 del lugar y dej\u00f3 abandonado el cuerpo sin vida cerca de la ni\u00f1a.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La Fiscal\u00eda de Puebla analiz\u00f3 c\u00e1maras de video vigilancia, recab\u00f3 testimonios y obtuvo indicios en el sitio del hallazgo, logrando establecer la identidad del hoy sentenciado.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Al aportar el material probatorio ante la autoridad judicial, se determin\u00f3 sentenciar a 50 a\u00f1os de prisi\u00f3n a Enrique N., quien adem\u00e1s deber\u00e1 pagar una multa y la reparaci\u00f3n del da\u00f1o moral y material.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>*El responsable golpe\u00f3 y asfixi\u00f3 a la v\u00edctima provocando su muerte, despu\u00e9s huy\u00f3 del lugar y dej\u00f3 abandonado el cuerpo sin vida.
