{"id":19921,"date":"2022-12-19T13:27:26","date_gmt":"2022-12-19T19:27:26","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/themixtecatimes.mx\/?p=19921"},"modified":"2022-12-19T13:27:28","modified_gmt":"2022-12-19T19:27:28","slug":"le-dan-20-anos-de-carcel-a-el-masacre-de-atlixco","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/themixtecatimes.mx\/index.php\/2022\/12\/19\/le-dan-20-anos-de-carcel-a-el-masacre-de-atlixco\/","title":{"rendered":"Le dan 20 a\u00f1os de c\u00e1rcel a El Masacre de Atlixco"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>*La v\u00edctima fue asesinada luego de haber salido de unos 15 a\u00f1os, le provocaron la muerte golpe\u00e1ndolo con una botella.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>POR DANIEL ROMERO<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>ATLIXCO, PUE. &#8211; Con pruebas que sustent\u00f3, la Fiscal\u00eda General del Estado de Puebla logr\u00f3 obtener sentencia de 20 a\u00f1os de prisi\u00f3n contra Andr\u00e9s N. alias \u201cEl Masacre\u201d responsable del delito de homicidio calificado.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El 29 de diciembre de 2001 el occiso acudi\u00f3 a una fiesta de 15 a\u00f1os en Atlixco; al salir acompa\u00f1ado de su esposa fue interceptado por el sentenciado y su c\u00f3mplice quienes comenzaron a insultarlo y golpearlo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A pesar de que la v\u00edctima intent\u00f3 escapar, fue alcanzado por los agresores que empleando una navaja lo atacaron para despu\u00e9s pegarle con una botella ocasion\u00e1ndole la muerte.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Una vez que la Instituci\u00f3n de procuraci\u00f3n de justicia acredit\u00f3 la participaci\u00f3n de Andr\u00e9s N. en el il\u00edcito, present\u00f3 a la autoridad judicial los elementos de prueba que permitieron conseguir sentencia condenatoria. \u201cEl Masacre\u201d pasar\u00e1 20 a\u00f1os en prisi\u00f3n y deber\u00e1 pagar la reparaci\u00f3n del da\u00f1o moral e indemnizaci\u00f3n econ\u00f3mica.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>*La v\u00edctima fue asesinada luego de haber salido de unos 15 a\u00f1os, le provocaron la muerte golpe\u00e1ndolo con una botella.
