Por lo anterior, el 3 de enero de 2023, agentes investigadores dieron cumplimiento a la orden de aprehensi\u00f3n contra el presunto responsable.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En audiencia, la Fiscal\u00eda de Puebla formul\u00f3 imputaci\u00f3n y present\u00f3 datos de prueba que permitieron obtener la vinculaci\u00f3n a proceso de Calixto N. con la medida cautelar de prisi\u00f3n preventiva oficiosa.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>*El detenido de nombre Calixto N., dispar\u00f3 contra la perrita \u201cClara\u201d caus\u00e1ndole la muerte.
