{"id":21006,"date":"2023-02-06T18:18:18","date_gmt":"2023-02-07T00:18:18","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/themixtecatimes.mx\/?p=21006"},"modified":"2023-02-06T18:18:22","modified_gmt":"2023-02-07T00:18:22","slug":"ayuntamiento-de-puebla-promueve-la-preservacion-de-inmuebles-historicos","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/themixtecatimes.mx\/index.php\/2023\/02\/06\/ayuntamiento-de-puebla-promueve-la-preservacion-de-inmuebles-historicos\/","title":{"rendered":"AYUNTAMIENTO DE PUEBLA PROMUEVE LA PRESERVACI\u00d3N DE INMUEBLES HIST\u00d3RICOS"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<ul><li>Se han detectado distintos grados de desgaste en 188 inmuebles, cuyos propietarios ya han sido notificados.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Para verificar el estado de conservaci\u00f3n de los inmuebles dentro del coraz\u00f3n de la ciudad, el Ayuntamiento de Puebla que preside Eduardo Rivera P\u00e9rez, trabaja en la revisi\u00f3n e inspecci\u00f3n de edificios en estado de deterioro.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Al momento se han detectado y notificado 188 inmuebles que presentan distintos grados de desgaste; desde presencia de humedad, desprendimiento de aplanados, vegetaci\u00f3n par\u00e1sita, p\u00e9rdida de caracter\u00edsticas hist\u00f3ricas, hasta techos y muros colapsados.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Es por ello que la Gerencia del Centro Hist\u00f3rico y Patrimonio Cultural, en coordinaci\u00f3n con la Secretar\u00eda de Gesti\u00f3n y Desarrollo Urbano \u2013a trav\u00e9s de sus direcciones de Regulaci\u00f3n y Conservaci\u00f3n, y de Gesti\u00f3n de Riesgo en Materia de Protecci\u00f3n Civil-, verificar\u00e1n que propietarios atiendan al llamado, se acerquen a estas dependencias a recibir asesor\u00edas en la materia y den mantenimiento a sus edificios.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Estas inspecciones se seguir\u00e1n realizando pues se trata no s\u00f3lo de cuidar la riqueza edificada del municipio, tambi\u00e9n de evitar un riesgo para las personas que habitan y transitan en el Centro Hist\u00f3rico de la ciudad.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>&hellip;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":1,"featured_media":21007,"comment_status":"closed","ping_status":"closed","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":[],"categories":[4],"tags":[184],"_links":{"self":[{"href":"https:\/\/themixtecatimes.mx\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/posts\/21006"}],"collection":[{"href":"https:\/\/themixtecatimes.mx\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/posts"}],"about":[{"href":"https:\/\/themixtecatimes.mx\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/types\/post"}],"author":[{"embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/themixtecatimes.mx\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/users\/1"}],"replies":[{"embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/themixtecatimes.mx\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/comments?post=21006"}],"version-history":[{"count":1,"href":"https:\/\/themixtecatimes.mx\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/posts\/21006\/revisions"}],"predecessor-version":[{"id":21008,"href":"https:\/\/themixtecatimes.mx\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/posts\/21006\/revisions\/21008"}],"wp:featuredmedia":[{"embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/themixtecatimes.mx\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/media\/21007"}],"wp:attachment":[{"href":"https:\/\/themixtecatimes.mx\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/media?parent=21006"}],"wp:term":[{"taxonomy":"category","embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/themixtecatimes.mx\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/categories?post=21006"},{"taxonomy":"post_tag","embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/themixtecatimes.mx\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/tags?post=21006"}],"curies":[{"name":"wp","href":"https:\/\/api.w.org\/{rel}","templated":true}]}}
