{"id":21716,"date":"2023-02-22T17:51:48","date_gmt":"2023-02-22T23:51:48","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/themixtecatimes.mx\/?p=21716"},"modified":"2023-02-22T17:51:51","modified_gmt":"2023-02-22T23:51:51","slug":"nuevo-juez-municipal-en-izucar-de-matamoros-despues-de-4-anos","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/themixtecatimes.mx\/index.php\/2023\/02\/22\/nuevo-juez-municipal-en-izucar-de-matamoros-despues-de-4-anos\/","title":{"rendered":"NUEVO JUEZ MUNICIPAL EN IZ\u00daCAR DE MATAMOROS, DESPU\u00c9S DE 4 A\u00d1OS."},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>El Gobierno de Irene Olea Torres contin\u00faa corrigiendo los errores heredados por las administraciones anteriores y, despu\u00e9s de 4 a\u00f1os, el municipio tiene un nuevo impartidor de justicia local.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Se trata de Asunci\u00f3n Montiel Mel\u00e9ndez, quien rindi\u00f3 protesta como Juez Municipal de Iz\u00facar de Matamoros ante el Magistrado Presidente del Consejo de la Judicatura del Poder Judicial del Estado de Puebla, Carlos Palafox Galeana.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El Magistrado Presidente subray\u00f3 que este acontecimiento es posible gracias a las gestiones que realiz\u00f3 la presidenta municipal Irene Olea Torres, quien desde el inicio de su administraci\u00f3n comenz\u00f3 con los tr\u00e1mites para que nuestro municipio nuevamente tenga un v\u00ednculo social en la resoluci\u00f3n de sus problemas legales.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En respuesta,la edil izucarense afirm\u00f3 que para el Gobierno de Iz\u00facar de Matamoros la impartici\u00f3n de justicia se debe realizar bajo los principios de legalidad, equidad y transparencia, con una visi\u00f3n humanista; que atienda los problemas cotidianos de manera sensible a trav\u00e9s de soluciones fundamentadas en la Ley.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El nuevo Juez Municipal Asunci\u00f3n Montiel Mel\u00e9ndez, expres\u00f3 su gratitud y compromiso al ser elegido como el m\u00e1ximo garante de la Ley, expres\u00f3 su entrega por servir a las y los izucarenses con responsabilidad y honestidad.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>El Gobierno de Irene Olea Torres contin\u00faa corrigiendo los errores heredados por las administraciones anteriores y, despu\u00e9s de 4 a\u00f1os, el municipio tiene un nuevo impartidor de justicia local.
