*En julio del 2022 Natanael N. dispar\u00f3 contra un hombre provoc\u00e1ndole la muerte.<\/em><\/h3>\n

ATZITZIHUAC\u00c1N, PUE. – La Fiscal\u00eda General del Estado de Puebla aprehendi\u00f3 y obtuvo posterior vinculaci\u00f3n a proceso de Natanael N. por su presunta responsabilidad en el delito de homicidio calificado.<\/p>\n

A trav\u00e9s del desarrollo de diversos actos de investigaci\u00f3n, la Fiscal\u00eda estableci\u00f3 que el 10 de julio de 2022, Cupertino C. estaba en compa\u00f1\u00eda de otra persona afuera de una tienda cuando inici\u00f3 una discusi\u00f3n con Natanael N. quien sac\u00f3 un arma de fuego y le dispar\u00f3 caus\u00e1ndole la muerte, para despu\u00e9s escapar. Los hechos se registraron en la colonia San Isidro de la localidad de San Juan Amecac, en el municipio de Atzitzihuac\u00e1n.<\/p>\n

Al tomar conocimiento de la privaci\u00f3n de la vida, la Fiscal\u00eda practic\u00f3 diligencias como: levantamiento del cad\u00e1ver, inspecci\u00f3n en el lugar de los hechos, dictamen en materia de necrocirug\u00eda y bal\u00edstica, as\u00ed como entrevistas a testigos.<\/p>\n

Una vez reunidos los datos suficientes, el Agente del Ministerio P\u00fablico identific\u00f3 a Natanael N. como probable responsable y ejercit\u00f3 acci\u00f3n penal en su contra, solicitando orden de aprehensi\u00f3n y cumpli\u00e9ndola el 19 de agosto de 2023.<\/p>\n

En audiencia, la Fiscal\u00eda de Puebla aport\u00f3 datos probatorios y logr\u00f3 que el Juez de Control vinculara a proceso al imputado con la medida cautelar de prisi\u00f3n preventiva justificada, otorgando 3 meses de plazo de investigaci\u00f3n complementaria.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
