Eliseo Morales Rosales, recibi\u00f3 la visita de personal de la Secretar\u00eda de Medio Ambiente, en conjunto con el director y personal del Centro Interdisciplinario de Investigaciones y Estudios sobre Medio Ambiente y Desarrollo (CIIEMAD) del Instituto Polit\u00e9cnico Nacional, as\u00ed como directivos de la empresa Green Carson.<\/p>\n<p>El prop\u00f3sito de esta reuni\u00f3n fue establecer un v\u00ednculo estrat\u00e9gico con el municipio para convertirlo en el primer Centro Regional de Econom\u00eda Circular en el estado de Puebla.
