{"id":41114,"date":"2025-04-24T14:32:13","date_gmt":"2025-04-24T20:32:13","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/themixtecatimes.mx\/?p=41114"},"modified":"2025-04-24T14:38:15","modified_gmt":"2025-04-24T20:38:15","slug":"encarcelan-a-prospero-mato-a-su-mujer-en-izucar","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/themixtecatimes.mx\/index.php\/2025\/04\/24\/encarcelan-a-prospero-mato-a-su-mujer-en-izucar\/","title":{"rendered":"Encarcelan a Pr\u00f3spero, mat\u00f3 a su mujer en Iz\u00facar"},"content":{"rendered":"<h3><em>*El feminicida de Iz\u00facar, mat\u00f3 a su pareja a golpes con un objeto de madera.<\/em><\/h3>\n<p>En seguimiento a una investigaci\u00f3n por el delito de feminicidio registrado en el municipio de Iz\u00facar de Matamoros, a trav\u00e9s de diferentes actos de investigaci\u00f3n, la Fiscal\u00eda General del Estado logr\u00f3 identificar y capturar mediante orden de aprehensi\u00f3n a un masculino identificado como Pr\u00f3spero N. probable responsable del il\u00edcito.<\/p>\n<p>Los hechos se registraron el pasado 14 de abril en la colonia Vista Hermosa del municipio izucarense cuando, al interior de su domicilio, presuntamente tras discutir con su pareja la amenaz\u00f3 con un machete y comenz\u00f3 a golpearla con un objeto de madera, provoc\u00e1ndole lesiones que le causaron la muerte.<\/p>\n<p>Tras la investigaci\u00f3n realizada por la autoridad ministerial, respaldada con elementos probatorios, se solicit\u00f3 a un juez de control la orden de aprensi\u00f3n correspondiente, por lo que el presunto feminicida fue capturado en la regi\u00f3n, siendo trasladado ante la autoridad judicial competente.<\/p>\n<p><strong>LOS HECHOS<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>El lamentable hecho se dio a conocer durante la tarde del d\u00eda martes 15 de abril, ocurri\u00f3 al interior de una vivienda ubicada en la colonia Vista Hermosa perteneciente a la demarcaci\u00f3n izucarense, donde fue hallada la mujer que presenta signos de violencia.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00bfC\u00d3MO SE DIO EL HALLAZGO DEL CAD\u00c1VER?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Cabe destacar, que el due\u00f1o del inmueble fue a cobrar la renta, al no obtener respuesta, entr\u00f3 a la vivienda y encontr\u00f3 a su inquilina sentada en una silla tapada con una s\u00e1bana y presentaba lesiones provocadas por posible golpes.<\/p>\n<p>Una vez que fue descubierta, de inmediato se dio aviso a las autoridades municipales y estatales, quienes llegaron a realizar las diligencias correspondientes y esperaron la llegada de peritos de la Fiscal\u00eda General del Estado, mismos que se encargaron de trasladar el cuerpo al anfiteatro.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>&hellip;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":4,"featured_media":41115,"comment_status":"closed","ping_status":"closed","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":[],"categories":[3226],"tags":[269,470,554,184],"_links":{"self":[{"href":"https:\/\/themixtecatimes.mx\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/posts\/41114"}],"collection":[{"href":"https:\/\/themixtecatimes.mx\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/posts"}],"about":[{"href":"https:\/\/themixtecatimes.mx\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/types\/post"}],"author":[{"embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/themixtecatimes.mx\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/users\/4"}],"replies":[{"embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/themixtecatimes.mx\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/comments?post=41114"}],"version-history":[{"count":2,"href":"https:\/\/themixtecatimes.mx\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/posts\/41114\/revisions"}],"predecessor-version":[{"id":41117,"href":"https:\/\/themixtecatimes.mx\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/posts\/41114\/revisions\/41117"}],"wp:featuredmedia":[{"embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/themixtecatimes.mx\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/media\/41115"}],"wp:attachment":[{"href":"https:\/\/themixtecatimes.mx\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/media?parent=41114"}],"wp:term":[{"taxonomy":"category","embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/themixtecatimes.mx\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/categories?post=41114"},{"taxonomy":"post_tag","embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/themixtecatimes.mx\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/tags?post=41114"}],"curies":[{"name":"wp","href":"https:\/\/api.w.org\/{rel}","templated":true}]}}
