{"id":49459,"date":"2025-10-22T16:05:31","date_gmt":"2025-10-22T22:05:31","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/themixtecatimes.mx\/?p=49459"},"modified":"2025-10-22T16:05:31","modified_gmt":"2025-10-22T22:05:31","slug":"fgr-entrega-en-extradicion-al-gobierno-de-hungria-a-dos-personas-por-delitos","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/themixtecatimes.mx\/index.php\/2025\/10\/22\/fgr-entrega-en-extradicion-al-gobierno-de-hungria-a-dos-personas-por-delitos\/","title":{"rendered":"FGR entrega en extradici\u00f3n al Gobierno de Hungr\u00eda a dos personas por delitos"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>En cumplimiento a la Cooperaci\u00f3n Internacional en materia de Extradici\u00f3n entre M\u00e9xico y Hungr\u00eda, la Fiscal\u00eda General de la Rep\u00fablica (FGR), entreg\u00f3 en extradici\u00f3n al Gobierno de ese pa\u00eds a dos personas de nacionalidad h\u00fangara, requeridas por los delitos de lenocinio cometido con violencia, secuestro, tomarse la justicia por sus propias manos, poner en peligro a un menor y la falta cometida por abuso de oficios y documentos.<\/p>\n<p>Jozsef \u201cL\u201d y Orsolya \u201cS\u201d, fueron requeridos por el Tribunal de Budapest ya que, en 2009, contactaron v\u00eda internet a varias v\u00edctimas en Hungr\u00eda, prometi\u00e9ndoles un trabajo redituable en M\u00e9xico, pero cuando las v\u00edctimas llegaban a territorio mexicano, eran prostituidas y sufr\u00edan maltratos, amenazas y extorsiones por parte de los proxenetas.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-49461\" src=\"https:\/\/themixtecatimes.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/10\/7-27.jpeg\" alt=\"\" width=\"432\" height=\"576\" srcset=\"https:\/\/themixtecatimes.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/10\/7-27.jpeg 432w, https:\/\/themixtecatimes.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/10\/7-27-225x300.jpeg 225w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 432px) 100vw, 432px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>A estas personas se les cumpliment\u00f3 orden de detenci\u00f3n con fines de extradici\u00f3n en reclusi\u00f3n, dado que se encontraban internas por una causa penal diversa en nuestro pa\u00eds.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-49462\" src=\"https:\/\/themixtecatimes.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/10\/6-30.jpeg\" alt=\"\" width=\"432\" height=\"576\" srcset=\"https:\/\/themixtecatimes.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/10\/6-30.jpeg 432w, https:\/\/themixtecatimes.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/10\/6-30-225x300.jpeg 225w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 432px) 100vw, 432px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Posteriormente, el Gobierno de M\u00e9xico concedi\u00f3 la extradici\u00f3n de los reclamados al Gobierno de Hungr\u00eda, y la entrega se llev\u00f3 a cabo en el Aeropuerto Internacional de la Ciudad de M\u00e9xico a los agentes h\u00fangaros designados para su traslado final.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>&hellip;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":1,"featured_media":49460,"comment_status":"closed","ping_status":"closed","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":[],"categories":[3226],"tags":[3625,2506,4856],"_links":{"self":[{"href":"https:\/\/themixtecatimes.mx\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/posts\/49459"}],"collection":[{"href":"https:\/\/themixtecatimes.mx\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/posts"}],"about":[{"href":"https:\/\/themixtecatimes.mx\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/types\/post"}],"author":[{"embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/themixtecatimes.mx\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/users\/1"}],"replies":[{"embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/themixtecatimes.mx\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/comments?post=49459"}],"version-history":[{"count":1,"href":"https:\/\/themixtecatimes.mx\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/posts\/49459\/revisions"}],"predecessor-version":[{"id":49463,"href":"https:\/\/themixtecatimes.mx\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/posts\/49459\/revisions\/49463"}],"wp:featuredmedia":[{"embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/themixtecatimes.mx\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/media\/49460"}],"wp:attachment":[{"href":"https:\/\/themixtecatimes.mx\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/media?parent=49459"}],"wp:term":[{"taxonomy":"category","embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/themixtecatimes.mx\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/categories?post=49459"},{"taxonomy":"post_tag","embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/themixtecatimes.mx\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/tags?post=49459"}],"curies":[{"name":"wp","href":"https:\/\/api.w.org\/{rel}","templated":true}]}}
