{"id":50505,"date":"2025-11-13T09:06:42","date_gmt":"2025-11-13T15:06:42","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/themixtecatimes.mx\/?p=50505"},"modified":"2025-11-13T09:06:42","modified_gmt":"2025-11-13T15:06:42","slug":"detienen-a-pareja-por-amenazar-y-asesinar-a-victima-en-huejotzingo","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/themixtecatimes.mx\/index.php\/2025\/11\/13\/detienen-a-pareja-por-amenazar-y-asesinar-a-victima-en-huejotzingo\/","title":{"rendered":"Detienen a pareja por amenazar y asesinar a victima en Huejotzingo"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Este mi\u00e9rcoles 12 de noviembre de 2025, en una audiencia inicial, se les imput\u00f3\u00a0prisi\u00f3n preventiva\u00a0como medida cautelar a\u00a0Martha Isabel \u201cN\u201d\u00a0y a\u00a0Ernesto \u201cN\u201d\u00a0por ser los presuntos responsables del homicidio de un hombre en la colonia\u00a0Paseo de los Sauces\u00a0del municipio de\u00a0Huejotzingo.<\/p>\n<p>Cabe se\u00f1alar que la\u00a0continuaci\u00f3n de esta audiencia\u00a0se llevar\u00e1 a cabo el d\u00eda de ma\u00f1ana\u00a0jueves 13 de noviembre\u00a0ya que los\u00a0imputados\u00a0pidieron la\u00a0duplicidad del t\u00e9rmino constitucional.<\/p>\n<p>La\u00a0Fiscal\u00eda General del Estado de Puebla\u00a0(FGE) logr\u00f3\u00a0prisi\u00f3n preventiva\u00a0contra\u00a0Martha Isabel \u201cN\u201d\u00a0y\u00a0Ernesto \u201cN\u201d, por su probable participaci\u00f3n en el delito de\u00a0homicidio calificado\u00a0en el municipio de\u00a0Huejotzingo.<\/p>\n<p>Los hechos se registraron el\u00a024 de marzo de 2020,\u00a0en el fraccionamiento\u00a0Paseo de los Sauces, del referido municipio, donde derivado de un altercado, los ahora detenidos presuntamente\u00a0amenazaron a un hombre\u00a0mismo que posteriormente habr\u00eda recibido\u00a0diversos impactos de arma de fuego\u00a0que le provocaron la\u00a0muerte.<\/p>\n<p>Es importante destacar que apenas este martes 11 de noviembre,\u00a0Martha Isabel \u201cN\u201d, fue\u00a0aprehendida\u00a0y puesta a disposici\u00f3n del\u00a0Juez de Control\u00a0de\u00a0San Mart\u00edn Texmelucan.<\/p>\n<p>Durante la audiencia inicial, el agente del\u00a0Ministerio P\u00fablico\u00a0formul\u00f3 imputaci\u00f3n contra\u00a0Martha Isabel \u201cN\u201d\u00a0y\u00a0Ernesto \u201cN\u201d,\u00a0por el delito de\u00a0homicidio calificado; este \u00faltimo ya se encontraba en\u00a0prisi\u00f3n\u00a0por un delito distinto, imponiendo a ambos\u00a0prisi\u00f3n preventiva.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>&hellip;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":1,"featured_media":50508,"comment_status":"closed","ping_status":"closed","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":[],"categories":[3226],"tags":[145,4069,119,2347],"_links":{"self":[{"href":"https:\/\/themixtecatimes.mx\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/posts\/50505"}],"collection":[{"href":"https:\/\/themixtecatimes.mx\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/posts"}],"about":[{"href":"https:\/\/themixtecatimes.mx\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/types\/post"}],"author":[{"embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/themixtecatimes.mx\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/users\/1"}],"replies":[{"embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/themixtecatimes.mx\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/comments?post=50505"}],"version-history":[{"count":1,"href":"https:\/\/themixtecatimes.mx\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/posts\/50505\/revisions"}],"predecessor-version":[{"id":50513,"href":"https:\/\/themixtecatimes.mx\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/posts\/50505\/revisions\/50513"}],"wp:featuredmedia":[{"embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/themixtecatimes.mx\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/media\/50508"}],"wp:attachment":[{"href":"https:\/\/themixtecatimes.mx\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/media?parent=50505"}],"wp:term":[{"taxonomy":"category","embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/themixtecatimes.mx\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/categories?post=50505"},{"taxonomy":"post_tag","embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/themixtecatimes.mx\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/tags?post=50505"}],"curies":[{"name":"wp","href":"https:\/\/api.w.org\/{rel}","templated":true}]}}
