{"id":58527,"date":"2026-05-02T13:32:12","date_gmt":"2026-05-02T19:32:12","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/themixtecatimes.mx\/?p=58527"},"modified":"2026-05-02T13:32:12","modified_gmt":"2026-05-02T19:32:12","slug":"ejecuta-fge-cateo-en-san-pedro-cholula-asegura-inmueble-vehiculos-y-droga","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/themixtecatimes.mx\/index.php\/2026\/05\/02\/ejecuta-fge-cateo-en-san-pedro-cholula-asegura-inmueble-vehiculos-y-droga\/","title":{"rendered":"Ejecuta FGE cateo en San Pedro Cholula: asegura inmueble, veh\u00edculos y droga"},"content":{"rendered":"<p class=\"ql-align-justify\">Como resultado de actos de investigaci\u00f3n, la Fiscal\u00eda General del Estado de Puebla (FGE), ejecut\u00f3 una orden de cateo en un inmueble ubicado en Santa Mar\u00eda Zacatepec, en el municipio de San Pedro Cholula, por delitos contra la salud en su modalidad de narcomenudeo.<\/p>\n<p class=\"ql-align-justify\">Las indagatorias derivaron de una carpeta de investigaci\u00f3n iniciada por robo a repartidor, de la cual se desprendieron hechos relacionados con la posible venta de narc\u00f3ticos en el inmueble, lo que motiv\u00f3 la apertura de una nueva investigaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p class=\"ql-align-justify\">El 2 de abril de 2026, agentes investigadores, con apoyo interinstitucional, dieron cumplimiento a la orden de cateo con resultado positivo, logrando el aseguramiento del inmueble y la detenci\u00f3n en flagrancia de Antonio N., alias \u201cEl To\u00f1o\u201d, de 57 a\u00f1os.<\/p>\n<p class=\"ql-align-justify\">Durante la intervenci\u00f3n, se aseguraron bolsas con hierba seca con caracter\u00edsticas similares a la marihuana y envoltorios con sustancia granulada con caracter\u00edsticas de presunto cristal, as\u00ed como diversos veh\u00edculos, entre ellos un autom\u00f3vil Ford tipo Topaz, un cami\u00f3n tipo rab\u00f3n, un tractocami\u00f3n, un veh\u00edculo tipo plancha y 19 cajas de tr\u00e1iler.<\/p>\n<p class=\"ql-align-justify\">El detenido, los indicios y los bienes asegurados quedaron a disposici\u00f3n del agente del Ministerio P\u00fablico, quien determinar\u00e1 su situaci\u00f3n jur\u00eddica conforme a derecho.
